Say what? How to search google?

As much as that may sound funny to us more experienced users, the fact of the matter is, there are a lot of ways to go about searching for things on the internet, and not everybody knows the simplest ways to go about it. So here, for your enjoyment, is my favorite and simplest way!

Everybody should use the Chrome browser — this same sentiment is repeated to me by every other professional that I talk to in the IT field. There are very few reasons, currently, to be forced onto the Internet Explorer browser, thanks to modern innovations, and only a few other reasons why you might prefer FireFox.

After installing Chrome, you should have something like this when you open it:

As you can see, it brings you to the Google page by default, but the “big secret” here is that you don’t need to be on that page, you can search for anything, right in the top bar, like this:

Awwww, kittens

Easy, right?


Try searching for anything — literally anything, and you’ll be surprised at what you find!

As you can see, nearly any question can be answered by Google if you can narrow it down to a few concise keywords!
